About Invisible Walls
Invisible Walls is a game development studio dedicated to creating social multiplayer experiences - games where interaction, cooperation, deception, and communication between players drive the fun. This is also reflected in the social life of the company. We love going out together for karaoke, hosting board-game nights, and keeping the studio atmosphere fun, relaxed, and welcoming. When it comes to game development, we take a pragmatic, fast-paced approach. Collaboration, flexibility, and rapid iteration guide our process.
Currently, we are working on projects such as Deep Rock Galactic, Neighbors: Suburban Warfare, First Class Trouble and various inhouse prototypes.
What This Means for You
We value experimentation over perfection. You should feel comfortable sharing work-in-progress, exploring different solutions, discussing results openly, and using feedback to refine your work. We aim for practical, effective outcomes - not unnecessary complexity. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a key role in supporting and guiding less experienced developers - sharing knowledge, offering constructive feedback, and helping them grow their skills. You enjoy contributing to our social, friendly studio culture and appreciate building real connections - not just working side by side.
